Shared Branching
In Hawaii: Effective April 30, 2011, we will have access to 8 credit unions which have over 50 branches throughout the State of Hawaii. The Shared Branching network is undergoing a network conversion which will be completed in mid-August. Until then, you will have access to:

UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII FCU When the conversion is completed about mid-August, then the rest of the credit unions previously available will accept your transactions. These credit unions are ALOHA FCU, HAWAII CENTRAL CU, HAWAII LAW ENFORCEMENT FCU, HAWAII SCHOOLS FCU, HAWAII STEVEDORES/CASTLE & COOKE HI FCU and WEST OAHU COMMUNITY FCU.
A list of the credit unions can be obtained from www.hicuso.com. When visiting, all you need to know is your account number at The Queen's FCU and bring your current valid ID (driver's license, state ID, military ID, resident alien card or passport). Please note that deposits will not be available immediately and funds deposited will be held for a short period of time. Should you need immediate credit, please come to The Queen's FCU offices.
On the continental U.S. and some foreign countries: Access on the continental U. S. and some foreign countries should not change. You can still make deposits, withdrawals and loan payments at credit unions on the continental U.S. through CU Service Centers. For example, if you are going to Las Vegas and need some money to win the MegaBucks, you can visit one of these credit unions in the area: SILVER STATE SCHOOLS CU There are over 4,300 credit union locations across the mainland and in some foreign countries. The list of these credit unions can be obtained from www.cuswirl.com. All you need to know is the zip code, or city and state to find the nearest location to where you are or will be. You can also call 888.cu.swirl or (888) 287-9475. Tellers will ask for your account number at The Queen's FCU and your current valid ID (driver's license, state ID, military ID, resident alien card or passport). ATM/Debit Card access: Effective November 3, 2010, surcharge free ATMs are located at all American Savings and Hawaii National Bank ATMs in Hawaii. For lower fee ATMs on the mainland, check www.axisatm.com. Or you can get cash back at any participating merchant by just putting in your PIN thereby saving yourself a trip to the ATM. |
